Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for filling leadership positions in top and mid-management for renowned companies in the German economy.
Your main tasks include acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, handling search assignments, and further developing your business in the area of Executive & Professional Search.

As the responsible partner for search mandates, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as project management and in-house research to ensure optimal placement of candidates.

Your Profile

You have several years of proven success in personnel consulting or in senior sales- or consultancy-oriented positions within the industry.
If you are currently employed, you aim to transition to self-employment as a personnel consultant.
Your key strength lies in acquiring new client relationships, with extensive experience in various sales approaches (e.g., networking, cold calling) that you implement effectively.
You excel in conversations at the highest decision-making levels (executive management, board of directors) with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
In addition to your expertise in client acquisition, you possess excellent project management abilities.
A successfully completed university degree, nationwide willingness to travel, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style round out your profile.
